AllieFizz a physiotherapist (working in spinal injury rehab) has always had an interest in massage and the use of essential oils. Following study for an aromatherapy qualification, the opportunity to learn the craft of soap and toiletry making came along and there was no hesitation- it's an indulgent way to combine skills.

This hobby soon developed into a fund raising project and a range of soaps, bath bombs, scrubs and butters have been produced to help raise funds to help purchase much needed seating equipment for the Physio Department in the Sheffield Spinal Injuries Centre. Monies raised help to ensure that the centre is equipped with the latest wheelchairs, cushions and accessories.

We are based in the Osborn Building of the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield. Being a supra-regional unit. our catchment area stretches from North Yorkshire to Norfolk and beyond!

We admit anyone suffering spinal cord injury within our catchment area and see approximately 100 new cases per year.

We now sell a range of products (all safety assessed) from the Physio Department itself and other venues within the centre and we are always keen to participate in local craft fairs throughout the year.
